Refund Policy

We want you to receive your SinhaLeather order in good condition and as described.

Return requests

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing ankitwebhub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and outer packaging. If the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund at no additional return-shipping cost.

Items not eligible for return

Used or damaged items, personalized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or incorrect. Normal variation in leather grain and colour is not a defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Order cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the return process above applies.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
