Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery within India is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery, where available at checkout, generally takes 7–21 business days. Remote-area, customs, weather, carrier, or peak-period delays may extend these estimates.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking details are sent when the carrier makes them available.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. Contact ankitwebhub@gmail.com promptly if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, or if the parcel is visibly damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist with the carrier.
