These Terms govern use of the SinhaLeather online store and purchases made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the store.

Store information

SinhaLeather sells men’s leather wallets, belts, and related gift sets. Product colours and natural leather grain may vary slightly because of screen settings and material characteristics.

Orders and prices

Prices are displayed in INR unless another currency is shown. Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are presented at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, or address issues.

Payments

Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout. You confirm that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and use

Please review product descriptions, measurements, care guidance, and belt sizes before ordering. Products must not be used for unlawful resale, misrepresentation, or any prohibited purpose.

Website content

Store content, branding, photographs, and product information may not be copied or used commercially without permission. We may correct errors or update store content without prior notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SinhaLeather is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable consumer forums and courts retain jurisdiction as provided by law.
